In fact, it is the most difficult task within this program, because initially there is no specific list of potential customers in Japan. Furthermore, most Japanese companies are not willing to disclose the name of the person who has the authority to make business-critical decisions. We can provide the list of potential customers, tailored specifically for the Japanese market sector of your interest, using our own methods and know-how. After making up the list we ask your potential customers to have a meeting with you in Japan.
We can set up these meetings anywhere in Japan and any place suitable – an exhibition, office of your Japanese counterpart, a hotel or any other place. The fee for ‘ Individual Meeting Service ‘ is 100,000 yen + VAT, 8% per one Japanese company.
This service requires a contingency fee in the some cases:
–In case with large companies we will count a department as one company.
–In case when a company is located outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, our service will be limited to phone calls or e-mail correspondence. However, on-site visit is also possible, but you will be asked to pay travel expenses.
